Strong communicative skills including written and oral communication, running effective meetings, and creating a strong technical team;
Coordination of various groups/teams to achieve a unified goal;
Providing creative solutions out of complex situations, (“order out of chaos”);
Flexible and highly adaptive to new technologies and unique conditions;
Hazardous Material (HAZWOPER) training (40 hour + annual 8 hour) – current;
Confined Space (permit required – authorized entrant, attendant, entry supervisor, rescue and emergency services) trained;
Certified CalOES Structural Assessment Program (SAP) Evaluator, Coordinator and Trainer, California Office of Emergency Management - current;
Ladder safety training;
